Good Day,
I would like to attract your serious attention about A Wing elevators. Since last Friday one of the elevator was inoperable and 2nd elevator also went off yesterday, and after that no elevator services was available to A- wing, which created nuisance and inconvenience to the resident. My wife and kids all had to climb to 10th floor via stairway.
Now again only one elevator is only operational, which may go off any time without notice. Being a high rise building both elevators need to be operational all the time. If one goes off then immediate attention to be given to rectify the issues without delay by those who are responsible. Which may save life and inconvenience to the residents in emergency situation.
Suggest to review the elevator AMC, and contact details to be provide to responsible person and also security, who can call the technician immediately, also technician should be advised for immediate attendance once get call from society and rectification of fault.
As I understand MC is doing great job for our society, but need to take up this issue on priority basis. So our society lifts are always operational.
