First of all our appreciation to the members for making the adhoc payment that was decided in the last AGM and also the increased maintenance charges w e f October 20.This really helped the management committee to overcome the cash flow burden.
However we still have approx. Rs.26 lacs to be collected from the members- list is attached- this is as on 31st Oct 20. Any payments that has been made by the members is not accounted for in this statement. There are also some payments which are not credited to the owner’s account for want of complete payment details – mostly in those cases where payments has been done under ‘IMPS” platform
We request all the members to make the payment immediately – any queries may please be addressed to undersigned on ashis...@rallis.co.in or to the society manager on “'rwmana...@gmail.com> and not send mail on common email id of the society- Please note that any mail received on common email id group will not be entertained
We hope to continue to receive the same support from you as we got in past

Subject: Society Matter- Out come of AGM held on 27th Sept 2019

Greetings and hope you all are safe
A week back we concluded the AGM and some important decisions were taken by the members which has the following impact
a) Increase in Non-Occupancy charges w e f 1st October 2021- from 5% to 10%
b) Increase in monthly maintenance charges w e f 1st October 2021 to Rs.4.25 per sq. from present Rs.3.75 per sq.
c) An adhoc levy of maintenance charges of Rs.10200/- to be paid by each member to make up for the losses that the society incurred in the financial year 2019-20
Based on the above approval of the members , we have generated the invoice for the quarter Oct 20 to Dec 20 taking into account above impact. Members are requested to take a note of this. The last date for making the quarterly maintenance charges is as usual 15th October and for the adhoc amount it is 31st Oct 21
Members who had paid full maintenance charges for the year 2020-21 and availed the discount scheme are requested to pay the differential maintenance charges of Rs.0.50 per sq.ft for the period Oct 20 to March 21 latest by 15th October 20
The advance amount of Rs.20000/- paid earlier will continue to be kept as deposit with the society and the management committee will decide once the PMC Bank matter is sorted out
Invoices as per above decision has been generated and are being sent to all members
We once again than all the members for their unstinted support to the management committee without which providing uninterrupted services to them at large would not have been possible
