Maintenance charges- Dues as on 1st July 2020

Dear Rosewood Heights Members

 

Greetings and wish you all are safe

 

Enclosed is the list of dues as on 1st July 20 including arears and maintenance charges for the quarter July 20 to Sept 20. Also is the list of unidentified credits that relate to payments received from owners which could not be credited to owners’ account for want of details. We request owners to please see the due list and confirm if any of the unidentified credit relate to you payments which has not been reflected in your statement of accounts

 

The total dues as on date is ~ Rs.35 lacs and unadjusted credit is ~ Rs.6 lacs- which effectively means that net due is ~ Rs.29 lacs- this is a very high amount of outstanding the society can afford to have considering the monthly outflow of funds to meet the minimum requirement

 

Those who have not paid their arears please note that interest @ 21%s being charged to your account and request you all to clear their dues immediately. Owners whose amount is identifiable from the list of unadjusted credits are requested to write to the society manager with a copy to undersigned to with proof of payment to transfer this amount to your account- Please do not write/reply on the common mail id of the society

 

Requesting once again to all member to please clear their dues immediately and also pay for the current quarter before 15th July 20 to avoid levying of interest

Dear Ashishbhai,

PFA the payment advice against the maintenance for my Flat E -602.
I am actually surprised to see that my payment details shared with Mr.Jha had not reconciled into my statement. And my name appearing in Overdue list. This should not be happening.

Request once again to arrange to reconcile accordingly and issue receipt.

I will get this updates immediately
Cc- mr Jha...I am told that the payment details has been shared with you earlier by Mr Suptam then why this is nit getting updated immediately .
This is causing repeated embarassment for me .
I am now not going to involve myself in following up with owners for paykyent of maintenance charges if this is the way we are updating the accounts
