Rosewood-Maintenance charges fo FY 21

Dear Committee Members,
Please find attached calculation sheet on the proposed discount to be paid- you can change the interest rate/discount to arrive at net gains to members if they pay in advance. Presently we are allowing Rs.3/- per sq ft as discount if charges are paid in advance. Please let me have your views.
