Hi all,
I have finalized the food order for the picnic lunch . It will be pizzas for kids & hotbread's sandwiches for adults.
The cost will be divided as per person since we have families with varying number of participants. So, it is $7 per person, (for adults the price includes food and any other misc.expenses that may come up and for kids it includes the price of food and the prizes
for kid's games). Since this is an estimate only, any excess funds will be saved to be used for our future picnics/parties.
Now, comes the part where I collect the money. To make it a little bit easy on all of us , in the google sheet I added extra columns with info on each family that includes the address and the total cost based on number of participants. Please take a look, populate
your address , and then choose one best time slot for you from the ones listed. I will be delegating the fund collection job to my kids, and since I do not want them to lose any cash, please make your payment in the form of a check payable to Susmitha Gudipudi.
So, my kids Sri and/or Yash will show up at your door during the time slot selected to collect the checks.
If you would rather drop off the check at my home, you are always welcome to do so, my address is 13068, Rose Petal cir.
Just a reminder - the picnic date is 7/19, Sunday, 11-4.
