Rosehill gas supply has been cut off today and workers will need access to properties once the supply is restored.

I think all Cornish Horizons properties have been covered and anyone who employs Andy (?)

Those of you who have given keys or access codes to me would you confirm you are happy for me grant access please.

Could everyone else make arrangements.

Bless you Ness, for sorting things out again on our behalf.  

Andrew Ellis is on holiday from 24th November - 11th December.  Does anyone know what arrangements have been made in his absence - like Andy Reekie??  Otherwise I will have to have a think how I can do this because we don't let any more.  

Hate to ask Ness, but do we have a time for access and do we assume it's to re-set the boilers for heating, as I'm sure most of us are obliged at this time of the year under our insurance to have heating on 24/7 at a constant 13 degrees now?   I would be grateful if you could pass on our telephone numbers and get them to ring.

Sorry everyone, just to clarify as I've confused some of you.

I'm out all day and evening today but will be around tomorrow to let gas workers in to properties. 

Any labelled keys put through our letterbox or access codes sent to nessto...@hotmail.com I will make sure the guys can get in.

I spoke to three of them this AM and they are calling round in the morning once they have restored the supply.
