Possible locations for new community garden(s)?

Ted Zerger said, find the worst lot in the worst neighborhood to make a community garden. These are not in our worst neighborhood, but they could sure use some work. Anyone interested?

Here are some photos of one possible location for a NEW community garden at the corner of Ohio Ave. and Valley Street (near 13th & Central, KCK):

Thanks to R. C. Masonbrink, we have established that these four adjacent lots are owned by the Land Bank of the Unified Government of Wyandotte County.

Ownership of this lot is unknown at the present time, but as you can see, it is not as neglected.
