To all,
As you can view ( see spread sheet; Google drive) the batteau is very full except for a few days. So other than a few non confirm 1 day guests I am trying to nail down during the week, I am announcing we are full and the schedule is complete.
Also the food menu is almost complete (see spread sheet; Google drive) and Shannon and Jacob are going to procure and organize the food to be ready for putting on the boat the weekend before the festival.
June 7th Friday @ 3pm we have the Winginia river site mowing, weedeating and prep work time set. If you want to go with me and the tractor call me for details. I plan to load the tractor and gear the night before.
We have also shifted the loading of the batteau on the trailer to Thursday the 13 in the afternoon 4ish. This is so we can get the batteau to Lynchburg earlier 4ish on Friday allowing most people to go to Shannon's birthday party Friday eve.in Batesville.
Launch on Saturday is at 11am @ Percivils island and you will need to carry any items to the boat if not loaded Friday before we head South. The Amherst launch site now called "Amherst River Side Park" has been completely re done and we need to get the batteau there before the mad rush Friday pm.
If you can help let me know if you signed up on the spread sheet call me for futher details as the time gets closer. I will be in NH June 4-6th at a meeting so be fore warned.

OOPs the Amherst river park's name is River Edge Park the old smiley block plant location.
