deleting data from foreign tables with Rose::DB::Object::Manager

I have a table with a field I use to add records to foreign tables

a user_id,

I wish to be able to delete records from the foreign table using this
field, I have this record present

foreign_keys => [
user => {
class =>
key_columns =>
},
