In my declarations of table classes, I don't know when (or why) I should
declare foreign keys and when I should declare relationships.
Right now, I always declare relationships, even when my MySQL tables
have FOREIGN KEY's in their table definitions.
And it seems to have worked fine until now.
But RDBO's documentation often states foreign keys as well, so I wonder
(haven't understood) whether there's some advantage in using foreign
keys instead.
