Change of Rosbridge_suite branching style

Hello Rosbridge Users and Robot WebToolers,

We would like to announce branching style of rosbridge_suite has been changed. 

After discussion with robot webtools maintainers, we have agreed that maintaining each distributions branch as well as experimental branch are time consuming. We have also noticed that there was little development from groovy to hydro. indigo would be the same as well.

Thus, as of now, rosbridge_suite will have only master and develop branches instead of groovy-devel, hydro-devel, and indigo-devel. This will allow bug fixes and small feature additions to be released simultaneously without having to maintain a whole bunch of branches which are getting out of hand.

Master branch will stay as stable branch and develop branch will stay for development and accept the pull request. So please update your repositories and continue to send us pull requests on develop branch. :)
