Presently, we are at ARA because Joshua was having pain in the occipital area of his head and he felt a raised area near his surgical site.  After his x-ray, he will have an appointment with Dr. Cooksey.  Jesus, we trust in you.  Thank you for your continued prayers.

Dearest Family and Friends,

Thank you for your prayers.  We give thanks to God that Joshua’s X-rays did not show any indication of cancer in his skull.  Rather, they revealed that Joshua’s skull is healing and that the area that was causing him pain may have been attributed to one of the screws attaching the titanium metal plate to his skull.  We are so grateful for your continued prayers. 

His oncologist, Dr. Cooksey, indicated that his next appointment will be April 26th. Prior to this appointment, Joshua will have a cranial facial CT scan to evaluate how they will proceed with reconstruction of his skull. Please continue to pray that his skull will miraculously fuse together and that there will not be a need for this procedure.  All things are possible with God. Jesus, we trust in you.
