All roslaunch errors should provide their origin

Some error message (like xml parsing errors) actually provide file name and line number.

If possible this should be done for all error messages. Simple errors like a wrongly specified parameter

or a non-existent argument should be easy to determine.

When running a large roslaunch it is quite hard to determine this by hand.
