position controllers the joint trajectory control error

to ROS/Orocos Robot Control Special Interest Group
trying to use joint trajectory control from position controllers configured for a robotiq 2 finger gripper installed on abb irb120 arm but the warning in the first screen shot keeps  appearing  so the gravity isn't simulated correctly and i don't know why as the same controller is applied on the arm and works fine?

As that warning says, your Gazebo setup is missing some pids to correctly simulate the robot. Please follow that link.
