Last ROSCON, two new navigation components where introduced:
- New local planner: dwb_local_planner - (Locus Robotics)
- New framework for navigation: Move base Flex - (Magazino)
Both implementations are breaking the nav_core api, but offer backwards compatibility. I was wondering whether there are any plans to bring these two together; which seems perfectly feasible i.m.o.
