Migration to ros-sig-embedded

Hi Everyone, 

After reviewing the discussions on ros-users I'd like to ask everyone to move these great discussions to ros-sig-...@googlegroups.com

There is a lot of very arm specific traffic going on right now and that's great.  However in the long run I expect that most of the arm discussions will die down as support for arm is improved, and as there's a significant overlap of people and expertise in these two groups, keeping the number of forums lower in the long term is more advantageous. 

So lets keep the lively discussion going but please switch to ros-sig-embedded.  I've confirmed that there's no significant objections from existing members and several of the people suggesting merging the lists are active on that SIG as well.
