Are you logged in? Otherwise you won't be able to download or see it at all. Also, the version you are looking for might be too old by now and not there. try a newer one. Or do you need this specific one? if so, why?
Also, even if the name says "python" or "c++" sdk, when you download it, it will be naoqi-sdk just the python or c+ version. Hope that helps.
