Denied Access: IP Address | NAOqi Module

Hello everyone, 

I am having Issues accessing Pepper. Specifically, the company I work at got it's Pepper blocked. I've tried to bypass it via ssh and actually got access :) (even to python) but can't access the NAOqi module. It is blocked somehow, if i use the command to list all the downloads it shows up tho. Reverse engineering does not work, because I do not know anything about it. 

If someone could give me instructions on how to bypass or solve this problem, I would really appreciate it!
