Pepper battery

Hi every one 

Does anyone know how to bypass the Deed battery on  Pepper robot? It turns on, but then gets an error and shuts down.

I had same problem, and I send the robot in USA they change battery and now I am waiting robot

Did you send to RobotLAB in us ? I bought this from eBay, but since I didn't purchase from an Autraize dealer, they won't provide any assistance.

Yes I bought it from Robotlab. After battery issue I write them, they told me that they could change battery price was 2400$, after that I sent my robot in to RobotLab and they changed it now I am waiting to receive robot.
