Building and installing the Slam Toolbox with setup-noetic.sh

Hi Chris,

What branch (noetic-devel?) of the SteveMacenski/slam_toolbox Github are you using for building the Slam Toolbox with the setup-noetic.sh script because a number of critical directories are not be created and populated in ros/noetic which is causing the Slam Toolbox Rviz Plugin to fail to be loaded during "view_navigation.launch.
