On page 387, it said it's in rbx2_gazebo/scripts but I couldn't find it.

Hi Wit,
Thanks for pointing that out. I don't know how or when the script got
removed from Github but I have added it back. To update your rbx2
repository, please run:
$ roscd rbx2
$ git pull
--patrick
--
