View for account creation email?

Hi. I can't seem to find the view for the account creation email (subject: New account information, body: Click to activate). I assumed app/views/notifier, but it's not there. I saw MailChimp and Mandrill referenced in the config; is it through one of those?

Are you using stripe_commerce or ror_ecommerce?  

BTW I can't look at this until later tonight.  I think there isn't a view.  It is just rendering text from notifier.rb.  I expect any user to modify this.  If you create a generic one I'd love if you could send it my way.

I'll follow up after I have time to open the code.
