Network Services Engineer
Location: Remote (USA)

Job Summary

Seeking a Network Services Engineer with 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN and telecommunications environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in network troubleshooting, TCP/IP, network monitoring, and enterprise infrastructure support, with experience working in ITIL-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN and telecom infrastructure.
• Assist with large-scale network migration and re-IP initiatives.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
• Install, configure, patch, and maintain network hardware and telecommunications equipment.
• Monitor network uptime, availability, and overall infrastructure health.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on network implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and operational activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of LAN/WAN networking experience.
• Strong network troubleshooting and TCP/IP knowledge.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and enterprise network hardware.
• Telecommunications infrastructure support experience.
• Experience working within ITIL environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise-scale network operations.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco Meraki experience.
• Healthcare or large enterprise environment experience.
• Network security exposure.
• Experience mentoring users or junior IT staff.

AI Expectations

• Proficiency with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and enterprise-approved AI tools.
• Utilize AI to improve troubleshooting, documentation, analysis, and operational efficiency.
