ZeroMQ PPA update

Hi Guys,

I have an update of ZeroMQ proposed to me on ubuntu; you'll have too if you have Chris Lea's PPA. It updates zmq from v2 to v3, and breaks your RoQ install.

In other words: don't install!

I think we should definitely consider updating the whole stack before the GA.
