WANRING do not use reply in github issue thread

Dear all,

Sometimes we use a direct reply for answering to RoQ issue discussion mail. This makes the reply content (the content of the previous mail) appearing in the comment on github. That pollute a bit the thread. So please, when you do so, be sure that you delete the previous message in your answer.
