Iguess you should look for a mgcp to sip conversion document for that particular model and check if you need to use specific versions for the conversion. I think you might be able to find the firmware files around the internet. I have an audiocodes hd320 phone that I was able to update to the latest firmware that was developed for that model.

Of course, I knew the problem was not specific to Chrome, hoped that the latest firmware MP124_SIP_F6.60A.326.005.cmp would fix it and sure enough, it did. A little config effort and it could make and receive calls. I saved the config file to try in the spare unit.

I was attempting to provision a new phone I got today after successfully provisioning other types of audiocodes phones and I ran into an issue with the firmware (3.4.8.198.9) I was pointed to in this list:

After updating the phone through its web portal with this firmware I was unable to get into the admin area to do a factory reset. The phone says the password is wrong but I know that audiocodes have their default admin password set to 1234 and I haven't changed this. Additionally the IP address no longer loads the web portal since updating the firmware so I'm unable to make any changes there.

Once your phones have been provisioned with Zoom Phone the Admin Password will be set automatically to the one on the Zoom web portal under Admin > Phone System Management > Company Info > Account Settings (see attached) . Be sure to use when accessing the phone's IP also.

I'll note that one can probably also set the passwords if one uses phone templates if you want the passwords to be different from the one in the Zoom portal. We do this on our Polycom phones, don't know if AudioCodes supports this in their config files.
