Yes! You can bring store-bought, pre-packaged foods and beverages to your party room rental. Cakes, cupcakes, cookies, etc. are fine to be made at home, but all other foods should be from the store, restaurant, or caterer. (Alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed while we are open to the public.)
We have a great menu specifically for parties! Small bags of popcorn, single scoops of ice cream, and pitchers of soda can be ordered for your party. Please ask the Event coordinator for info. Will need to know in advance of party.
Please be aware there are NO HELIUM BALLOONS allowed in the building, along with NO CONFETTI and NO GLITTER. Please ensure your guests are aware of this to avoid any embarrassing situations. (Non-helium balloons are permitted.)

We manage some of the areas most desirable rentals. Our progressive staff understands that consistently working to improve the quality of service and attention to detail are the best ways to provide comfortable communities for the people who have chosen our rentals. Our tenants feel comfortable knowing that 24 hours a day, 7 days a week they will be able to reach a qualified employee who will promptly address any maintenance issue as it relates to their safety or the integrity of your property.
If you are interested in one of our available rentals, your first step would be to fill out the application online. To receive the application, you will text your name, email address and the property address you are interested in to 229-869-4292. We will email the link to the application to you before the end of the business day. If there is more than one person applying, all parties will need to provide their names, email addresses and the property address. Each person must have their own email address.
Once we receive the application, our staff will review and verify your income and employment. We require you to make at least 3 times the rent amount in NET income each month and that you have been on your current job for a minimum of 12 months. If the information provided meets our qualifications, then we will set up a time for you to view the property. After viewing, you will need to let us know if you would like to proceed with processing your application. At that time, we will process your $40 application fee (per applicant), run a credit check, criminal background check and verify any rental history.
Offer of one day free of the daily time and mileage charges on an intermediate (group C) through a full-size four-door (group E) car. Taxes, concession recovery fee, customer facility charges ($10/contract in CA) and fuel charges are extra. Optional items such as LDW and other surcharges may apply and are extra. Offer valid on minimum three-day rental. The renter is responsible for any additional time and mileage charges over one day. Coupon cannot be used for one-way rentals. One coupon per rental. To use our free pick-up service, call your A rental location directly at the location phone number listed on your reservation confirmation. Pick-up service policies (hours of availability, allowable pick-up distance, etc.) vary by location so it's important that you call the location and make arrangements for pick-up at least 24 hours before your desired rental time. When you call the location, be ready to provide all applicable information including precise address, exact time of pick up, and a phone number where you can be reached at that time.
Please note that an off-airport Budget location cannot pick you up at an airport that has a Budget location. In this case, either you must rent your car at the airport location, or provide your own transportation to the off-airport location where you prefer to rent
