Aryan Agnihotri is a Delhi-born smart robotics engineer based in Mumbai, taking after his aunt, Urmila Shukla, who has a company of her own, E-Robotics, in Los Angeles. She invites him to America, where he eventually meets the Super Intelligent Female Robot Automation (SIFRA) who is Urmila's secretary. He falls in love with her but later learns that she is actually a robot and ploy used by his aunt to test if humans could tell SIFRA apart from themselves.

Heartbroken, he returns to India and agrees to an arranged marriage with another woman. However, when he realizes his love for SIFRA, he decides to sneak out of the engagement ceremony and is caught by his grandfather, who suggests him to follow his heart and assures him that he will handle the family in his absence. Aryan wishes for SIFRA to be in India so that he could introduce her to his family; he calls up his aunt to ask her to send her to India for further "testing" against a traditional Indian family. She agrees for it and sends her to India, where Aryan introduces her as his girlfriend to his family leading to numerous comical situations.

Aryan's family, unaware that she is a robot, agree to their marriage. Before their wedding, she installs a faulty update ridden with a virus which corrupts her memory and causes her to forget everything. Aryan calls his aunt to ask for help, and she sends him a memory backup which Aryan installs, causing her to successfully recover her memory. Urmila, who was unaware of Aryan's intentions of marrying her, is against him after knowing the truth and orders him to return her as she is her company's IP. He manages to convince his aunt after an emotional conversation, who agrees to let him keep her.

On their wedding day, a blackout occurs while SIFRA is charging herself, which causes her to malfunction. Her speech becomes distorted and movements begin to glitch while she performs orders given to her previously that were taken back, one of them being "setting Delhi on fire". Looking at the destruction caused by her, a heartbroken Aryan is left with no choice but to stop her, ultimately by slashing her face with a sword, which reveals the inner technical workings of her, and realizes that even though she looks human, she can never truly be one.

At a tech show in Mumbai, Urmila launches a new series of robots, including SIFRA 2.0. The new SIFRA has her memory and settings formatted and Aryan is no longer her admin. Jiah, a new intern, approaches Aryan and flirts with him. Looking at their bonding, the new SIFRA starts to feel jealous and Aryan notices her emotions, shocked of coming to the realization that she can have feelings of her own now.

In August 2022, Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon were signed to star in Dinesh Vijan's next robot rom-com.[8] Production began in October 2022 and ended in April 2023.[9] In November 2022 the song "Akhiyaan Gulab" was filmed at beach. In January 2023 Dharmendra started filming. In April 2023 Janhvi Kapoor appeared for her cameo. The film's title Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya was revealed in January 2024.[10]

The song "Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya (Title Track)" was a remake of the song "Teri Baaton (Your Words)" from the 2004 album Storyteller by the Canadian singer Raghav.[13][14] The song became a commercial success, peaking at #1 for 8 weeks on the Billboard India chart.[15]

Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya received mixed reviews from critics.[6] On the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, 43% of 14 critics' reviews are positive, with an average rating of 5.4/10.[21]

Anupama Chopra, in her review for Film Companion said that "Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya is a good-looking film with foreign locations, beach and shaadi songs, stylish clothes and expansive houses and offices. The surfaces are gleaming. I wish the writing had matched".[22] In a similar take, NDTV's Saibal Chatterjee rated the film 1.5/5 and opined "Once the novelty of the notion wears off - and that happens pretty quickly - there is little on offer here barring the fact that this is the first time that Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon have teamed up".[23]

Anuj Kumar of The Hindu had a more lukewarm response to the film, reviewing "Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon submit themselves to a fantastic idea that doesn't quite reach its potential, but provides moments of harmless fun as it probes the state of affairs in modern-day romance".[24] News18's Titas Chowdhury rated the film 3/5 and praised Kapoor and Sanon's "scintillating chemistry".[25]

A critic from Bollywood Hungama gave 2.5 out of 5 stars and wrote "Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya rests on the fine performances but suffers due to the writing and an abrupt climax."[26] The Indian Express's Shubhra Gupta rated the film 2 out of 5 stars and stated "Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon deliver confused film that combines sci-fi tropes with mushy Indian family drama".[27]

Your home at sea: On board there is a separate area with crew cabins. Depending on your position, you share a cabin with a maximum of one other crew member or have an officer's cabin for single occupancy in the appropriate position. The interior of the cabins varies from ship to ship. Most cabins are equipped with a telephone, TV and a small fridge.

Food & drinks are offered free of charge on board! You can get food, drinks and snacks at various points throughout the day. Your main meals are served in the crew mess. Here you can choose from a large, varied and daily changing buffet. You can also buy snacks, hot drinks and drugstore items in the Crew Coffee Shop or the Crew Pub.

For special purchases, on certain days there is also the possibility to make shopping for the crew at special conditions in the onboard shop. In the evening, you can also buy drinks at the Crew Bar after work and end the day with your colleagues.
