anyone tried to take mksysb on DVD

Hello All,
 
Anyone tried to take the mksysb on DVD, if yes what type of DVD is required to write the mksysb?
 
The below is the CD/DVD drive details in the server
 
$ lsdev -C | grep -i cd
cd0            Available 0B-08-00      IDE DVD-ROM Drive
$ lscfg -vpl cd0
  cd0              U7879.001.DQD0GJB-P4-D1  IDE DVD-ROM Drive
        Manufacturer................IBM

try with mkdvd command.

Hi!
 
Make the DVD ISO file from MKSYSB image
.
Create mksysb image under /mksysb and image file name mksysb_hostname_image(It would be as you like)
 
#mkcd -m /mksysb/mksysb_hostname_image -S -I /mksysb -L
 
ISO file will be generated under /mksysb
 
Copy the ISO file into your PC and burn from Local DVD,
