Hi, Bruce et al.: 


      The event is scheduled 2-4 PM.  You've got things scheduled running 4 - 8 PM. 


      The event is already on the Peace Center calendar for that time.  What more do you need for row 7? 


      What should we do about getting an emergency copy of the DVD, which we can show on time if Helen is late?  I've added the item to your Google spreadsheet but without "Resp". 


      I plan to attend a Peace Center Staff meeting tomorrow at 5 PM.  I'm pretty sure they have 36 chairs -- but perhaps no more.  They also have a projector and sound system there.  I need to verify that I know how to make it all work. 


      Anything else I should ask the Peace Center Staff about?  They've already made their own flier.

Hi Spencer,

Thank you for making upgrades to the event coord sheet.  I used the rally coord sheet from last year and made some deletions of clearly irrelevant info.  

Everyone - Please make changes to timing, task descriptions and tasks as needed to make the sheet match up with this year's event.  Add, delete, change, etc.  No commentary, just upgrades.
