Our office is open 7 days a week:
Fridays from 9 AM until 9 PM
Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM until 6 PM
Monday through Thursday from 9 AM until 7 PM.

Check-in/Key Pick-Up:
You will check-in and pick up keys at our office: BIG BEAR GETAWAY is located at 816 W. Big Bear Blvd. Big Bear City, CA., 92314
Check-in and key pick-up must be by the person named on the reservation, they must be over 25 years of age and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with a matching photo I.D. DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY, you must complete check-in at the office and you will be provided with a map to the cabin. We ask that only the person named on the reservation enter the office for check-in and we do ask that our guests wear a face mask in our office.

Special Instructions: Pets are NOT allowed at this property. Violation of any no-pet policy is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund due for unused portions of stay - violation may also result in a minimum $250.00 fine, plus charges for additional cleaning and any required repairs.
Parking Instructions: There is ample parking for 4 vehicles with use of the 1 car garage. |
