Roots Meeting 6/27/21

Good morning A/C and Roots,

We will be meeting tomorrow for our first in person meeting since the beginning of 2020. We will be meeting at 332 12th St. Seal Beach Ca 90740. Vinh and I will be preparing dinner for this meeting. Dinner starts at 5pm and we will start the meeting right after.

Hi ROOTS,

Regrettably to inform you that I will not be able to attend dinner and the meeting tonight as I was informed at 12pm that we will have dinner to celebrate my daughter’s birthday this evening.

Her birthday was on Friday, turning 19 and the plan was to celebrate her birthday on the same day. However, she was admitted into the hospital three days prior due to a blood infection, and came home on Friday. Even though she is on antibiotics, she went to the gym yesterday. Needless to say, she is doing well.

I am sure you will have a blessed meeting and an enjoyable dinner. Please keep one another in prayers.

Hi Chau, Diana & Vinh, Jenn & Chris, Phuong & Michael, Vianney,

Anh Tien and chi Dung had lunch yesterday, and anh Tien was given your beautiful succulents and card :)

We both shared the graces that we had received while journeying with you all. We also share our concerns about the SEDL 2nd Itinerary, for it does require 30 minutes of prayer each day and the weekly material has two parts with more scripture passages....

Anh Tien had some wonderful ideas about what Roots could do to enhance your spiritual life while being sensitive to the extremely busy schedule of a young family, 1st or 2nd time parents, etc. I think it would be best if one of Roots members could talk to anh Tien directly about his suggestions, for I don't remember the books and Podcasts that he had mentioned.

Again, thank you for giving me the privilege to journey and to grow in love with you all.
