Hi All,

I've just had a little peek at the issues and tried to ping ones that I think are small and can be resolved quickly. I'm very keen to try and keep the number of open issues small, especially ones that can be resolved quickly, since they just add noise. I see our issues list as a sort of TODO. Issues should be fairly specific and have a clear end goal, otherwise they are in danger of languishing forever and bogging down the project.

Given our limited resources, we should try and keep YAGNI in mind and not have too much fear of dropping our neat idea on the floor if we can't implement it quickly.

If I pinged you on an issue and you don't have time to respond to it, please say so. Responses don't need to be long or detailed. Otherwise it's not clear if you didn't get the message, if it is unimportant, or whether you have grand plans for it which you are just waiting until you have time to do a massive brain dump with.

If I overzealously closed an issue you care about, please don't hesitate to reopen it.

All the best,

- Peter
