Pick the Assassin, Driver, or Enforcer (may work for Tony too), then get the cops to chase you (it will say "Lose The Cops!"). Go to the ocean, then spawn a boat (or find one). Drive a little bit and then just wait until the game says "You're F@#$." Now, drive the boat away from the helicopters and try to leave Miami (you may need the heal vehicle code on if you are about to die). When you leave Miami, the game should say "Indictment" after a minute, and you'll lost the cops (It might not even say anything at all, but you are still free from the cops).
I do have a link for the ultimate version that includes the scarface character pack, but it's from allyouplay, which has a really shady website imo. Also did some other shady stuff with Hitman 2 keys. I was wondering, are there any other websites I could find this character pack in?
Though it was during the pre-code era there were still a series of struggles with the creation of Scarface through a series of letters and meetings between Hays Office and the filmmakers Howard Hawkins and Howard Hughes. No genre angered the censorship regulators more than the gangster genre that illustrated gangsters as heroes and underdogs. Luckily, censorship was not as heavily enforced during these four years as they were still able to release a film that included the violent crimes of real life mobsters. Scarface pushed censorship regulations and was in discussion for a year before being released to the public due to its harsh violent scenes and the supposed glorification of the gangster and mafia lifestyle lead by the protagonist in the film. This film was influential in the gangster film genre as it pushed boundaries in what can be shown and what cannot be shown. It had more freedom for onscreen violence as it was during the pre-code era however, it was still revised many times before completion for distribution. This film was so influential for its time, it even had a remake decades later in 1983. Based off of a real-life mobster, Al Capone, this film is historical in the creation of the gangster film genre and paved the way for future gangster films.
Cheat mode:
Pause the game and enter one of the following codes under the "cheats" screen. Mission cheats are unlocked after you complete that mission.

This cheat utilizes the balls meter cheat. Go to the industrial area. Use a boat or floatplane to go to the Chop shop dock. Arm yourself with whatever your heart desires. Now max out your balls & go up the stairs, turn around so you can see the gang at the dock near the water(left side). Activate blind rage & begin the slaughter! After killing them you will recieve numerous cash crates & coke & petty cash. Go back up the stairs & repeat as needed. The gang will keep regenerating. Also, if you walk to the next building you will find more gang to kill & collect! Alternate between these 2 hotspots to build cash Quick! First off enter the code "NOBALLS" that will lower gang heat.Next hit a large suppiler (Get the coke off him DO NOT hit him ) deliver it to your warehouse.When you distribute pause go onto cheats and highlight "Lower gan heat".now the gangs wont bother you :D

on VS code, uploading will stay uploading, I have left it for hours out of curiosity, it does nothing. The code compiles in about 7 seconds, the board seems to be eventually found, then nothing happens, it just becomes stuck. Why so problematic? I have all default settings, I even read into the QSPI vs OPI issues, board package issues, logged many hours looking through git issues, I am truly stuck.
The problem is related to metaclass syntax change in Python 3.x ( =metaclass#changed-syntax), django-scarface is 3.x oriented. I solved the problem (with Python 2.7.x) changing in platform_strategy.py (Line 38) to this:
You could run the package tests -scarface/blob/master/scarface/tests.py inside a virtualenv with Python 2.7.10 to see if they pass. If they don't then there's nothing wrong with your code. If they do pass then the problem might not be in the package itself.
