Do you have a list of contact people for each of the museums?

pictures and text for all art work in museum night
I'm trying to reach museum contacts efficiently to get them to send me:

- .jpgs or .gif or .png for individual art pieces
-  the art-piece title and artist name

for all works in all exhibitions showing during museum night.

make sure all museum staff educate visitors about the iphone app( if they have an iphone) and where download it + how to participate in RE:ID
Staff i guess include your scan team + museum staff. We could easily send a group email to explain this. I'll also return to meet more museum people before the event to reinforce this.

Please could you check on this to see what is available or tell us what you already did on yesterday.
You said we have mac desktops at all locations? Any beamers or projects? We have to work towards
getting something ready for both i guess.
