New testing All-in-One server

Hi all,

To enable people to easily test the roomware server, I have prepared
an all-in-one server for testing. This server lacks all external
dependencies, and downloading doesn't come with the actual hardware
required. But hey, it's way easier then using svn and ant.

What is done:
- building the source

You still need to:
- download dependencies (none, some or all of: bluecove, phidget,
netutil)
- hardware (none, some or all of: rfid scanners, bluetooth dongle)
- configure your configuration file (conf/roomware.conf)
- run the server from terminal (bin/run)

You are very helpfull if you can test it and maybe contribute some
documentation.

Looking forward to kill some bugs in the near future! :-p
