Ihave a paid personal account and the live chat button is available to me for support. Unfortunately when I chose the button for English nothing happens at all. Does anyone know how to use live chat? I have tried it in Chrome, Internet Explorer and incognito, nothing.

No error. It just doesn't do anything when I click on it.



My issue is that I want to switch my billing from annual to monthly, but there is no option to do so in my settings. Even the instructions in your knowledge base are inaccurate, as what they describe does not exist.

From the first message, I responded that I would like to chat with someone. They then ask for context to my issue, to which I said I have an existing customer support issue. The chat then tells me to email customer support and then stops the chat. I cannot reply to the chat any more, even if I refresh or go back into it from a new window. It has locked me out.

If this team needs to continue working on their task outside of your company, I would recommend them to create a new Workspace and to use Kothar to copy all projects from their team in your current Organisation to their new separate Workspace. This way their projects will still be available and actionable, but outside of your Organisation.

Admittedly I am very much a tech layperson and a newbie, but I have having trouble setting up my Namecheap email to use with my site, so have tried to contact customer support several times over the past week. I have asked for email help by the live chat. When live chat is open, it says it's connecting me to an agent but never does (I have previously waited over an hour, and this morning have currently been waiting for 17 minutes). At any rate, no one is getting back in touch with me and I can't connect or use my email even on my computer. What can I do to get in touch with a real person?
