Public search API launch

Hello,

As some of you might have already noticed we have launched a first
version of the public search API, which allows you to retrieve xml or
JSON data sets of properties in a particular location and optionally
matching certain search parameters.

You can find the documentation for this new functionality on:

Looking forward to your feedback, let us know if something you need is
missing/not working as expected, etc.
