Rooms data dump

Hi,

We're trying to get a local "copy" of your available rooms, but we're getting stuck with the 3600 requests/hour limit on the API. The limit is more than enough for a daily incremental update, but the initial import would take way too long (1000s of requests for the listings on all destinations, then 60k to get all rooms details, then 60k more for the availabilities...)

Is there a data feed / dump available to get all the offers for a one-shot import?

Hi Guillaume,

Yes, we can set up an XML or JSON feed of all the properties that’s refreshed on a daily basis. 

I’m including Konrad, our affiliations manager, into this conversation. He’ll be able to help you get set up with that.

Availability updates are too large to provide in a feed so will have to be queried via the API regardless.

If  you have a valid use-case for needing the request-limit lifted or increased you can get in touch with me via e-mail in order to get that lifted.

Hey Donald,

I hope all is well. I just came across this post and it looks like we are also having the same problem. We would like to create a local "copy" of all available rooms with meta data included, but we're having issues getting it all. Per Guillaume's findings and your reply, would it be possible to get a one time import of all this data and setup a feed so we can get the updates daily as well?
