Class schedule/ Volunteer Schedule/ Job schedule

Dear Parents,

It was a real pleasure to meet you and to work with you in the
classroom. Your help in the classroom, really makes a difference!
I've created a document for all the parents to log the day and times
you are available to volunteer. In the document, you will find the
classroom schedule for science, library, computer and art/music. You
can choose to volunteer during does scheduled times or choose your own
time to be in the classroom. For those of you who responded to me
directly, I've added your names to the schedule. Please, feel free to
edit the days and times that you are available. The job schedule shows
the assignments that need to be done by the end of each day.

Shortly, you will receive an invitation to view the volunteer schedule
document. Please, respond by Sunday evening. It would be very helpful
for Ms. Herbert to know in advance how much work to prepare for us.

I'm still looking for a FAME partner. The Fine Arts Mini Experience
(FAME) is another enriching art program driven by parent volunteers.
Once a month students learn about one composer and one artist. CFFA
funds the material costs. I was a part of FAME last year, and I really
enjoyed the experience. I hope one of you can help me this year!
