Latest version 0.2 or 0.3?

The website says the latest version is 0.3
(http://rools.rubyforge.org/) but running
'gem install rools' install 0.2 and the rubyforge site only mentions
the 0.2 release. Was there a 0.3 release?

Ned,
It has not been released yet. You can always use the latest from SVN.
