as you may remember, it was about a year ago when I put out a call for new board members to which

some replied.  I shared the documents privately only with the respondents at the time, but I am

forwarding the same to the list for transparency today, so that the list of proposed nominees

may be updated

Greetings, fab six and all Ronin Scholars (in bcc)

In relation to the drafts being discussed here  and to the call for participation in the future of Ronin Institute here

this email  is addressed to Scholars  who have already  given availability (Thank you!) and other Roniners in the Google group who may have not checked in yet  (apologies if your receive multiple copies, in case you are on more than one group)

Please note that as of today, 5 May, we only have six people who have given availability  to contribute to the administration and none in the capacity to serve as Board member. Whatever course of action we choose to follow, we need a core team and a replacement Board in place if the future of the Institute rests on us

Let's consider ramping up a recruiting campaign -

Feel free to share this call for action and to set up a zoom call/meeting (as suggested by Tom and Regina) until we have

enough participation to suggest a  concrete plan to the outgoing board, if you have a meeting please share the notes via slack/discord/google group
