Please collect evidence and make notes

Hello -

There is a likelihood that the Council will take the operator or owner of the quarry to court.

Therefore it will be useful to have collected evidence useful to the court.  Please take notes and photographs of anything at all that you think might have a bearing on the state of the road or the operation of the quarry.  Date and time any notes or photos you take.  I know some of you have been doing this already, but it doesn't hurt to remind people that this can be valuable, and maybe a few more open eyes and ears will make a difference.

Attached you will find pictures taken on Monday the 15th March @ about 16:50pm of a truck using the road.

 

I will take more pics if I come across more trucks.
