Theonly required key for each named data source is the source key, whichis passed to odo.resource. You can optionally specify a dshapeparameter, which is passed into odo.resource along with the source key.

Computation is now available on this server atlocalhost:6363/compute.json. To communicate the computation to be donewe pass Blaze expressions in JSON format through the request. See the examplesbelow.

The blaze server and client can be configured to support various serializationformats. These formats are exposed in the blaze.server module. The serverand client must both be told to use the same serialization format. For example:

In this example, msgpack_client will make requests to the/compute.msgpack endpoint and will send and receive data using the msgpackprotocol; however, the json_client will make requests to the/compute.json endpoint and will send and receive data using the jsonprotocol.

These queries deconstruct the Blaze expression as nested JSON. The ":leaf"string is a special case pointing to the base data. Constructing these queriescan be difficult to do by hand, fortunately Blaze can help you to build them.

Caching results on frequently run queries may significantly improve userexperience in some cases. One may wrap a Blaze server in a traditionalweb-based caching system like memcached or use a data centric solution.

The blaze server allows users and server administrators to profile computationsrun on the server. This allows developers to better understand the performanceprofile of their computations to better tune their queries or the backend codethat is executing the query. This profiling will also track the time spent inserializing the data.

By default, blaze servers will not allow profiling. To enable profiling on theblaze server, pass allow_profiler=True to theServer object. Now when we try to compute againstthis server, we may pass profile=True to compute. For example:

After running the above code, the server will have written a new pstats filecontaining the results of the run. This fill will be found at:profiler_output//. We use the md5 hash of the str of theexpression so that users can more easily track down their statsinformation. Users can find the hash of their expression withexpr_md5().

After that computation, buf will have the the marshalled stats data suitablefor reading with pstats. This feature is useful when blaze servers arebeing run behind a load balancer and we do not want to search all of the serversto find the output.

System administrators may also configure all computations to be profiled bydefault. This is useful if the client code cannot be easily changed or threadingarguments to compute is hard in an application setting. This may be set withprofile_by_default=True when constructing the server.

Because this process builds off Blaze expressions it works equally well for datastored in any format on which Blaze is trained, including in-memory DataFrames,SQL/Mongo databases, or even Spark clusters.

We start from a BlazeBuilder, and then mount the helloWorldService underthe base path of / and the remainder of the services under the basepath of /api. The services can be mounted in any order as the request will bematched against the longest base paths first. The BlazeBuilder is immutablewith chained methods, each returning a new builder.

Every ServerBuilder[F] has a .serve method that returns aStream[F, ExitCode]. This stream runs forever without emittingany output. When this process is run with .unsafeRunSync on themain thread, it blocks forever, keeping the JVM (and your server)alive until the JVM is killed.

As a convenience, fs2 provides an fs2.StreamApp[F[_]] traitwith an abstract main method that returns a Stream. A StreamAppruns the process and adds a JVM shutdown hook to interrupt the infiniteprocess and gracefully shut down your server when a SIGTERM is received.

I could not find any information on what http4s server/client implementation to choose, Ember or Blaze What is better and why. What are the key differences between them? Maybe someone from the creators of the http4s could answer this.

I thought Blazes spawned in any light level?

I'd try making the room bigger, it doesnt look very tall and the spawner is very close to the ceiling? We use a 9 X 9 X 9 box for spawning rooms.

Have you lit up all around the area to reduce the spawning of other mobs in that same chunk in case of server limits?

Have you tried moving further away for a bit ?
