How to do this in the most efficient way depends on the type of sources you use most frequently and also on your personal workflow and preferences. Think-cell facilitates the creation of charts on Microsoft PowerPoint presentation slides from Microsoft Excel data sheets, e.g., bar charts, waterfall charts, Marimekko charts and Gantt charts. Some features overlap with those provided by built-in charts in Office 2016.

If these options do not suffice, you can use the UU transcription service Amberscript for automatic transcription. Agreements on data processing are in place; audio files containing personal data can be processed securely. This service is primarily intended for UU employees. However, as long as the maximum number of accounts in the campus licence has not been reached, students can also use this service. A detailed manual is available.
