The Romani Nation Building Action Plan is:
1.Dedicated to the memory:
- Of the 4 Romani children burned alive in Livorno Italy 2007, of the 3 children killed by fire in Patarat- Romania 2007, of my husband Mircea and my 2 brothers; Parda and Sibi killed in the Hadareni pogrom in 20 September 1993;
- Of all Romani victims of Holocaust and all other non-Roma victims of that terror;
- Of the Romani people from Kosovo, victims of the war and the children living on the poisoning champs;
2. Dedicated to the inclusion:
- Of all excluded, marginalised and in poverty Roma, Gypsies and Travellers in the world;
- Of all our children facing cold and hunger this winter and many more winters to come, but aspiring to a future of safeguarded life;
- Of all our excluded and marginalised women facing internal and external discrimination, but aspiring to participation within both: community and society;
3. Dedicated to the attention:
- of all major international, national and local institutions of EU and its member states, to other
non-EU member states, to all Roma and Non-Roma ONG,
- of all determined people from all walks of life of all societies of the world, aspiring and
determined to help Romani people to achieve their rights and responsibilities;
4. Dedicated to show my deep appreciation for:
- the help and assistance offered by my son Sergiu-Vlad Zoltan whom directly assisted me
within the development of this plan.
