I was wondering if you were taking bids on the HOA Landscape contract. I am fully licensed and insured, I reside in Sugar Hill GA. I have been in business for over 20 years and have had this company in Georgia for the past 12 years. I did this as well when I lived in Texas prior to moving to Georgia. I do commercial as well as residential and I have several HOA’s that I maintain. I have a lot of HOA’s that I currently manage and would be more than happy to provide you with any references you may want.
What makes me different from the other landscapers is with me you will get the personal service. When my team comes out they do it all, we do not have one team that just does the mowing and one team that just does the trimmings, we do it all every time we come. This keeps your property looking nice all the time. Another nice benefit of having my company as your landscaper I am the owner of the company and I am out on the property with the team on each and every visit. I know this makes us different from a lot of your other companies who send a crew and you have to call to speak with someone if you have a question, with us you speak directly me the owner.
