Just a few questions about this title: Is ac identity canon? If yes then when does it take place in ac universe ( for eg. before 2, after 2 etc.). Is it really mandatory for me to play it when I'm a lore fan? Thank you in advance.
Assassin's Creed Identity stands as the franchise's first action-based role-playing game, in which customizable assassins take on missions throughout Renaissance-era Rome. Players can control their characters by tapping the touchscreen, with a virtual set of analog sticks or using an external gamepad.
Once inside the game, you can choose from different character classes with different strengths to complete missions: a Berserker, with the ability to stun, bleed and inflict damage on multiple enemies; Shadowblade, with throwing knives, armour piercing and smoke bombs; Trickster, with confusion abilities, disguises and delayed bombs; and the currently locked Thief, with blinding, pickpocket and enemy-hindering abilities. You can create two assassins, which can then be customised with gear and skill points; and you can also call on other players to assist in missions.
The game lets you choose your assassins from four classes: the combat-oriented Berserker, the stealthy Shadow Blade, the jack-of-all-trades Trickster, and the agile Thief. You can then customize your assassins, by using your collected loot to equip them with different outfits and weapons, and upgrade them from novice to master.
