Since they show all the items in the area a collection video seems a little unneeded as so far the only collectable I have had trouble with would be the TL-49 fuses under the Church and one time orphanage of Father James Ballard. That said I wouldn't mind seeing a Map with all the wiretap locations.
Yeah, the ocd in me is compelled to go a bit out of my way when I see a blue marker on my map, but I really wish they had some reward (even if not an achievement) for completing each set. And considering there are two playthroughs required, I would rather have any completions on my second playthrough since that will be the active save for any DLC, etc. I think I'm just gonna skip collectibles from here on out on the first run.

The first on the list is the Councilman that's been giving everyone so much trouble. He's having a birthday party on a paddle steamer across the river. The plan is to kill him when he comes out to make his speech with a gun hidden on the boat beforehand and then escape in a motor boat Sam is driving after the deed is done.
After a cutscene explaining what you need to do, you need to head to Councilman Ghilotti's ferry steamboat birthday party. Grab one of the car's outside Salieri's Bar and follow the red path to the docks. It's the yellow diamond on the map below:
When you arrive to the docks, head toward the main objective and when you see a large crowd of people loitering around the fence near the water, look for a table to your left on the backside of the dock building. You'll find the Dime Detective: Please Pass the Poison collectible on the table.
When your objective is "Find the unconscious sailor," you'll see the building you're supposed to be searching in is yellow. In this building, on an L-shaped desk, you'll find the Cigarette Card: Maren Morello collectible.
After this, go talk to Sam and follow him. He'll tell you to get on the ferry steamboat so do that. On the steamboat, you'll be tasked with finding a gun. While doing that, let's grab a missable collectible first.
When on the ferry steamboat tasked with looking for a gun, head to the kitchen. Talk to sailors and others on the boat while doing this as they'll tell you where the janitor you're looking for as part of the main objective is located: drunk in the engine room.
After this, head to the engine room on the western (or front) of the boat. When you arrive, you'll find a drunken janitor in the engine room. Talk to him and he'll tell you he hid the gun in the bathroom on the stern (right above you).
Grab the bathroom key from the table right behind you and head to the stern bathroom. Right outside the bathroom, a sailor will attack you. Dodge their attacks using Triangle/Y and counter with your own punches using Circle/B.
On the top deck of the ferry steamboat during the "Find a Vantage Point" objective, exit the door and go left, then take another left and on a small box, you'll find the Dime Detective: You Can Die Any Day collectible.
After that, turn around and head for the exit. You'll need to defeat a couple of enemies on the top deck and then a handful more as you go lower on the ferry steamboat toward the yellow diamond main objective.

When you begin the mission, you'll be in Tommy's house. In a hallway leading to the living room, you should see a small table on your right. Sitting atop it is the Cigarette Card: Tommy Angelo collectible.
After passing through the marble-floored area, you'll need to chase after Sam and try to kill him. You'll need to kill some enemies along the way so pick up a tommy gun and use the cover to your advantage.
When your objective in the gallery becomes "Kill Sam," keep an eye out for the office below. You have to pass through it to continue the mission and inside of here, on a desk in the corner, is the Terror Tales: The Corpses Wedding Night collectible.
