Website data question

Hey B Love- what do you use to scrape the data for the live leaderboard/ stats for the site? I'm trying to teach myself how to pull data off websites for stats (PGA, MLB, NHL, NBA, NFL etc). Preferably sites that auto update the query's in excel or even google sheets. That way I can manipulate formula's based on constantly updating data. I'm a beginer at this but am dying to learn this stuff so I can satisfy my craving for sports data analytics. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
